You can choose single lessons, weekly courses and tours.
Spend a fabulous holiday learning to cook authentic
Sardinian and Italian dishes in an informal and friendly
environment. We will teach you to make splendid four course
lunches/dinners covering all the basic local cooking
techniques.
The lessons are given in English. For the Sardinian cooking
class you will learn to make classic Sardinian dishes and
for the Italian Mediterranean cookery course you will learn
to make dishes from different Italian regions.
The classes are given in a nice restaurant or in private
houses especially equipped with enough working space of
everyone to get rolling and chopping.
Try our cooking tours that combine lessons in different
places of the island and visits at archeological sites,
churches, beaches or other activities like hiking.
